Refund policy

Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us with photo evidence so we can resolve it.

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow processing time — we do not offer instant refunds.
