Free U.S. shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge is added at checkout, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
How your order ships
Orders are fulfilled through a third-party supplier. Our current preferred method is YunExpress Ordinary.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 5–12 business days. Some orders may take longer due to processing, carrier, customs, weather, or other delays.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
The processing and delivery windows above are estimates based on recent carrier performance. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs inspection, weather, peak shopping periods, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can all extend delivery, and these factors are outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after the label is created.
