Two ways to attach your phone

Most phones need a thin metal plate for the magnets to grip. Peel the backing off the plate and stick it to the centre of your phone case, or slip it between the case and the phone so it stays hidden. If you already use a magnetic phone case or a magnetic ring, the mount will grip that directly and you can leave the plate in the box.

FAQ

Will it hold a large phone?
Yes. The magnet array is rated for standard smartphones including larger models. Very heavy phones inside thick armoured or battery cases are the one case where a magnetic mount can slip, so keep the metal plate centred for the best grip.

Will the magnets damage my phone?
No. Modern smartphones are not affected by mount magnets. Keep magnetic-stripe cards out of the way, as with any magnet.

Does it block the air vent?
It clips onto a single blade and leaves the rest of the vent open, so airflow is barely affected.

Does it work with wireless charging?
This is a passive mount with no charging built in. If you use a metal plate, remove the phone from the mount before placing it on a wireless charger.
